So, recently after watching one too many episodes of Cake Boss... I have been bitten by the baking bug! I decided to try my hand at baking. Last weekend I made my first fondant cake with a few chocolate cupcakes with strawberry whipped icing. Those were yummy!! Here are a few pictures of the end results. Not too shabby for my first try! Every weekend I plan on trying my hand at something new. Hopefully my results will keep getting better. Next weekend on to the football cupcakes!
